     ·  • Recepționera a fost foarte drăguță și profesionistă. • A recunoscut că observațiile tale sunt corecte și a transmis managerului situația. • Atitudinea ei a fost de 5 stele, chiar dacă hotelul nu s-a ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor
     ·  • Preț mare: 100€ pe noapte în extrasezon pentru un hotel de 4 stele. • Mic dejun 6,5€ / persoană și nici măcar complet (au uitat bacon-ul). • După rezervare s-a anunțat că micul dejun inclus va fi “la pachet”. • Mic dejun de slabă calitate, nepotrivit pentru un hotel de 4 stele. • Taxă de parcare 25 lei/zi, deși parcarea era aproape goală și era extrasezon. • Depozit de 300 lei cerut la check-in (perceput ca nejustificat). • Serviciile generale sub nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele, chiar sub nivel de 3 stele.

     ·  personalul foarte amabil!! camerele foarte frumoase si curate!! si tot hotelul foarte dragut facut, cu o atmosfera foarte primitoare. am inchiriat si o sala (sala mare) - care a fost foarte potrivita pt nevoile noastre.
     ·  motivul principal pt care am scazut un punct este ca a fost zgomotos! si asta m-a impiedicat sa mai stau o noapte :( inainte de 8am, am fost trezita de niste zgomote de batai si bormasina si dupa mi-am dat seama ca aceste batai se mai auzeau din cand in cand. nu stiu daca erau constructii in hotel sau se auzeau de la curatenie etc
